From the moment we met Brittany and Zach we fell for them! Brittany had style for miles and her blog For the Love of Gold was a testament! ...and Zach was not only one of the all time sweetest grooms we've had but he was clearly and deeply in love with Brittany which made us love him all the more! These two took us on an adventure to The Parker Palm Springs and we couldn't have been happier with the way it all came together on the big day! Driven by textures mixed with metallics of golds, silvers, and caramels with a hint of blush we created a design that was tangible. From the gorgeous soft and fragrant blooms from JL Designs to the sequin linens and rock filled escort card trays and antlers, everything played a role in offering dimension and interest.
As guests arrived they were greeted on the croquet lawn with fresh lemonade and a sequin table that held handkerchiefs to wipe away their tears. Vintage lanterns hung overhead from a large olive tree as Brittany walked down a white rose petaled aisle. After a touching and tear filled ceremony guests gathered in the courtyard behind the hedges and a secret wooden door for cocktail hour and some lounge time on the oversized Moroccan sofa.
The reception sparkled with elegance. Sweet thank you notes from the bride and groom sat at each place setting designed by Peanut Press Creative and Brittany's tender dance with her dad had us captivated with emotion. A variety of cakes, macaroons, and family mints offered a sweet conclusion to dinner. As the evening came to an end guests were treated to jars of honey harvested from Zack's families' farm in Oklahoma while Brittany and Zach departed through the line of sparklers formed by their closest friends and family. It was quite the night!!
