We are loving that spring has officially arrived and all the blossoms that come with it! Here in Carlsbad we have a beautiful hillside of ranunculus planted in a rainbow of colors. It is a must see for this time of year!

Like everyone else does with a New Year the lovely ladies at Green Wedding Shoes took a look back at some of their favorite things from 2012 and you can spot our Dr. Seuss inspired wedding at the very top of their list! While shopping in a store today I was stopped unexpectedly by a woman. She explained that when she had walked into the store she was stopped by someone who gave her cash, then this individual told her to pay it forward. After telling me her story the woman gave me the cash and instructed me to take my child out to lunch, then pay it forward with a deed of my own. A tragic event happened today, but do not lose hope. There is much good in the world and the woman today proved that to me. I do intend to pay it forward and encourage all of you to do the same. That is our feature for today. Do good!

There is most definitely a crispness in the air this fall day! It is most refreshing after a hot summer, the cool has arrived and our souls have been awakened. Adventure seems to be just around the corner. Our tea is seeping as we watch the leaves begin to fall. You may be thinking there is no fall in San Diego, but you are incorrect.
