This week's Etsy find is for the home. The first time I saw Esther Coombs' creations, I was completely smitten! She finds old china at second hand shops and gives them new life by hand drawing fun illustrations. Her drawings are almost doodle-like and add such fresh breath to the vintage dishes. The pieces then become this beautiful and quirky mix of old and new! I am in love with her unique cake stands. What a fun statement piece at a party! They would be perfect at an afternoon tea bridal shower, or great as a gift (I know I would love one!) She also screen prints on old silk scarves to create pillows and even prints on old tea towels, which are equally fabulous. Overall, the perfect pieces to add to your eclectic, modern/vintage home!
